Basic Job Purpose:
– To achieve LI sales targets, plan and execute strategies to enhance the sale, generate new avenues for growth and revenue though third party telesales channel.
– Manage external third party team of supervisors and telecallers.
– Identification of potential customer segments for enhancement of x – sell opportunity.
– Strong coordination with external and internal stakeholders to ensure x – sell target is met. Extensive coordination with field sales channel to ensure LI conversion on Vendor leads
– Execute specific sales methodology, sales funnel management, dialer strategy and CRM management.
– Interact with product and operations team to ensure robust process management.
– Responsible for enforcing and observing controls and compliance rules as per bank requirement.
– Keep abreast with new products and competitors activities.
– Analyze CRM reports and generate actionable insights.
Education & Experience:
– MBA with 2-10 yrs of telesales experience from Banks/Insurance companies
