– Responsible for increasing our share of business by offering entire range of our products.
– Responsible for overall profitability of the portfolio under him keeping in mind underwriting constraints, overall organizational needs and future growth expectations.
This will also need smooth coordination with other depts. Such as underwriting, reinsurance, products specialists and accounts.
MBAs – From Top B Schools with strong Corporate sales background with an experience of 1 to 4 yrs.
The candidate should have a flair for sales, high on initiative, results orientation, good relationship building, analytical & presentation skills.
Excellent communication and inter-personal skill. Strong analytical ability.
The compensation would range between 6,00,000 to 9,00,000
