– Interaction with top management/ decision making authorities of existing/ new business corporate clients
– Business Development/ Relationship Management and Customer retention
– Servicing the need of Corporates for life & general insurance products
– Responsible for increasing our share of business by offering entire range of our products.
– Responsible for overall profitability of the portfolio under him keeping in mind underwriting onstraints, overall organizational needs and future growth expectations
– This will also need smooth coordination with other depts. Such as underwriting, reinsurance, products specialists and accounts.
– MBAs – Marketing (Top B Schools) with strong Corporate sales background with an experience of 1 to 3 yrs
– The candidate should have a flair for sales, high on initiative, results orientation, good relationship building, analytical & presentation skills.
– Full time MBAs with 1-3 years of work-ex exclusively in Body Corporates/ Institutional Sales
– Prior experience in General Insurance/ Corporate Banking will be an advantage.
– Excellent communication and inter-personal skill
– Strong analytical ability.
